1. Installation
1.1 SugarCRM Plug-in Installation.
Step 1
Log into SugarCRM as an administrator.
Step 2
Click on Admin in the top right hand corner of SugarCRM interface.
Step 3
Select Module Loader.
Step 4
Click Choose File to select the download file.
Step 5
Select the file [module_name].zip.
Step 6
Click Install.
Step 7
Click Commit.
Step 8
Quick repair and rebuild.

1.2 WordPress Manual Plug-in installation.
Step 1
Download Plug-in to your desktop.
Step 2
If downloaded as a zip archive, extract the Plugin folder to your desktop.
Step 3
Read through the "readme" file thoroughly to ensure you follow the installation
instructions.
Step 4
With your FTP program, upload the Plugin folder to the wp-content/plugins folder in
your WordPress directory online
Step 5
Go to Plugins screen and find the newly uploaded Plugin in the list.
Step 6
Click Activate Plugin to active it.

2. Plugin Activation
2.1 SugarCRM Configuration Settings
Step1
Copy an activation key
Copy the activation key from the Order Confirmation Mail.
OR
Login into your account at http://store.biztechconsultancy.com website using the e-mail
and password that you provided at checkout process.
Go to Downloadable Options and copy the activation key for the Customer Portal Pro
plugin.
Step2
Activate an plugin
Log into SugarCRM Admin Panel and go to Admin from the top right corner for SugarCRM
interface select Configuration under Portal Configuration tab and enter the activation key
in the ''Activation Key'' field for the Customer Portal Pro plugin then click the “Validate”
button.

Enable the plugin
When you enter and validate the key it will be verified and your plugin will be activated,
configuration will be saved automatically.

Now Customer Portal Pro plugin activated.
Step 4
Configure WordPress Create User URL
When any new contact is created in SugarCRM, WordPress will create user. For creating user
you have to configure WordPress URL in SugarCRM Admin Configuration section.
Go to Admin from the top right corner for SugarCRM interface select WordPress URL Setting
under Portal Configuration tab and enter WordPress URL and click on save button.

Set Portal Layout
You can now setup layouts for Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Calls, Meetings, Notes,
Cases, Documents, Tasks of SugarCRM modules.

Step 6
Set Username and Password Fields in Contacts Layout
When you install this package username and password both fields are created in contacts
module. You have to set these fields in layouts.
For that Go to Admin -> Studio ->Contacts ->Layouts, Drag fields in Edit View and Detail View.
2.2 WordPress Configuration Settings
Step 1
Go to wp-admin side and click on sidebar menu “Customer Portal Pro” and set
Sugarcrm/Suitecrm portal settings options.

You have to add SugarCRM REST URL, SugarCRM Admin Username and SugarCRM Admin
Password.
You can change other options Records Per Page, Portal Logo, Portal Menu Title (in mobile view), Tab
Active color, Tab In-active color, Calendar Calls, Meetings, Tasks Color and Custom Css as per your
needs.

3. Front Side Instructions:
Login :
Now on front side go to login page by this URL : {Wordpress Site URL}/scp-login.
Sign Up :
You can sign-up from this page and see below form to create a contact at SugarCRM :
It checks username or email address already exists or not? , if data successfully stored at sugar
side then user will redirect to login page. Now you can login with created user. This user will
also create in wordpress with default wordpress role.

Forgot Password :
You will get a password on email address entered, if username and email address exists.
List Page :
You can login with this contact user on scp login. you can see modules, which are assigned to
admin role set at SugarCRM side, by default you can see list which is as below if account
module is enabled. you can also search, edit, view and delete data from this page.

Add Page :
You can add data by clicking on left sidebar menu add link of particular module.
Detail Page :
You can view details from listing page by clicking on first column record link.
You can search, add, edit and delete same as example of accounts module. Also you can set Case-Note
attachment relationship.

Calendar Page :
You can view calls, meetings and tasks on calendar for particular date with time.
Description :
 This WordPress plug-in can help Customer Portal Pro users to manage their customers’
complaints and grievances easily by offering them an interface to lodge their complaint,
which they can use to find the current status and follow ups of their lodged complaints also.
