Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) outline the support and accommodations needed for students with disabilities or delayed skills. All students deserve to feel included and respected. The Least Restrictive Environment principle aims to educate students with disabilities alongside their non-disabled peers when possible. Teachers should find students' strengths and weaknesses to help them. Technology like hearing aids, screen readers, and magnifying devices can assist students with hearing, vision, or other impairments. Laptops, notes, dictionaries and thesauruses also provide support.
