“ The new model of work should be based on the concept of accountability.  The goal of this model is to transform the way we work and enhance the way we live.  The  Accountability Model  will enable organizations to design work arrangements that are adaptable to the ebb and flow of both the economy and life changes.” All workers have caregiving responsibilities All workers will need to adjust the time they spend doing paid and unpaid work at various stages of their lives. All workers are responsible for achieving desired outcomes.
