  • #3: The old saying goes “happy wife, happy life” essentially meaning that the family will not be happy unless the mother/wife is happy. This saying can be directly applied to any office environment, if the employees are not happy, then no one will be happy. Workplace flexibility is necessary to increase employee work ethic and increase company profitability. The best options for achieving this are adjustable scheduling, digital commuting, and offering a vacation bank.Flexible scheduling allows employees to work to choose their working house based on each of their own needs. This employee saved 6 hours of work on week 2, and enjoyed leaving early on Monday and was absent from work on Tuesday. By working a long shift again on Wednesday and Thursday, this employee suffered no loss of pay.
