This document provides instructions for conducting an affinity storming session to develop goals for a Graduate Design Network. The process involves two main activities:
1. Brainstorming - Group members spontaneously generate ideas without censorship on post-it notes.
2. Affinity diagramming - The group organizes the ideas generated during brainstorming by sorting the post-it notes into common theme groups. Headers are created to describe each group.
The session is conducted in steps where ideas are first generated, then displayed and sorted into related groups to identify key goals. The output will be an affinity diagram capturing the essential goals of the network.
