- 4. Structure Your review should always include these two parts: A brief summary of the story, poem etc. (but be careful not to give away too much information!) A deeper analysis of the text, including your personal opinion.
- 5. Paragraphs There is not a fixed number of paragraphs. Depending on the lenght of your review: 2-5. But remember: the ideas should be logically organised in paragraphs.

- 8. Some useful tips Avoid too long sentences : if in doubt, split them in two. Avoid repetitions of words, expressions, ideas or syntactic structures. Beginning and ending : use appealing sentences. Use a variety of adjectives and adverbs to enrich your text (but do not overdo it!). Use the punctuation correctly to mark the divisions between phrases, sentences and paragraphs.
