This document discusses ways for libraries to bridge the divide between their digital and physical services by prominently displaying and promoting their digital offerings. It recommends (1) placing information cards and QR codes by physical materials to promote related digital content, (2) using highly visible signage around the library, (3) installing interactive touchscreen displays, (4) training dedicated staff experts, (5) showcasing digital services on shelf talkers, (6) creating a dedicated digital usage zone, and (7) installing screens to promote digital magazines collections. The goal is to increase awareness and uptake of the digital services libraries provide.
