The w-tec 3d is a family of adjustable hinges available in three models (40, 100, and 140), each with specified load capacities and dimensions. These hinges can pivot on seven axes and allow for mechanical adjustments in three directions (horizontal, height, and gasket pressure) with a single hex key tool. The product comes in three finishes and is compatible with various frame types.

Height adjustment y +/- 2 mm: Loosen screws 3 and 4 with a CH 3 mm hex key, then insert the hex key into screw 5 and turn it until you reach the adjustment you desire. Then fasten screws 3 and 4 once again. Gasket pressure adjustment z +/- 1 mm: loosen screw 6 with a CH 3 mm hex key. Then insert the Allen key into hole 7, and turn it until you reach the adjustment you desire. Then fasten screw 6 once again

Height adjustment y +/- 3 mm: Loosen screw 3 with a CH 4 mm Allen key, then insert the Allen key into screw 4 and turn it until you reach the adjustment you desire. Then fasten screw 3 once again. Gasket pressure adjustment z +/- 1 mm: loosen screws 5 and 6 with a CH 4 mm Allen key. Then insert the Allen key into holes 7 and 8, turning them alternately 1/4 of a turn until you reach the adjustment you desire. Fasten screws 5 and 6 once again.
