- 2. Structure WZCC was launched on December 29, 2000 as part of the legacy project of the Seventh World Zoroastrian Congress. It operates within the framework and objects of its Charter, with its headquarters in Chicago USA WZCC is an global organization where each Chapter is equal and paves its own path to meet the objectives of the parent organization. - 10. Youth Wing The above aims will be accomplished in three ways: 1. Training & Development: It is the polishing that makes a stone turn into a diamond! WZCC organizes trainings which either develop new skill sets or enhance existing ones. Topics are chosen keeping in mind the entrepreneur, ranging from Body Language to Presentation Skills as well as Leadership Workshops. All the training sessions are complemented with a development session. It is with the aid of an activity or team case study, that the attendees put into practice what they have learned at the session. 2. Networking : Networking leads to NetWorthing! And it’s the increase in the net worth that every entrepreneur looks forward to. The WZCC Youth Wing conducts Networking Sessions frequently wherein budding entrepreneurs get an opportunity to interact with fellow entrepreneurs as well as generate contacts. This also allows professionals to gain contacts which allow them to grow in their careers. 3. Exposure : It is the endeavor of the WZCC Youth Wing to organize opportunities, for the youth, to showcase the different facets of business.
