Y2B is a unique event that connects youth and national business leaders to explore leadership, innovation, corporate responsibility and how youth can impact the world through positive actions. The event aims to facilitate Cameroon's economic development by discussing how youth can contribute to the country's sustainable development. It will discuss topics like corporate involvement in governance, international labor mobility and sustainable business strategies. The goals are to have 500 delegates, partnerships with 4 main companies and 10 other partners, and 25 media appearances. The organizational structure includes heads of various committees to oversee areas like corporate relations, public relations, IT, logistics, and delegates. It will take place on the first day of the UpGrade conference in May 2012.
