• As a member of the Executive Committee of the hotel, the role duties included directing and controlling the
activities of the Sales Department.
• Set the annual budget and forecast of the sales department, and participate in the hotel budget planning.
• Control the activities of the sales team in order to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
