Summarise the responses you received:  How long have you been Australia? Howra  come from Iraq. And she have been in Australia for about two years.
Summarise the responses you received:  Did you or your family come to Australia as refugees? She came to Australia as refugee with her whole family.
Summarise the responses you received:  How did you come to Australia from your home country? She first went to Indonesia for 7 years then she came to Australia by airplane.
Summarise the responses you received:  How did you feel when you first arrived in Australia? Describe what it was like. At the beginning she felt bored and she find difficulty in understanding the English language and the different rules of the religions.
Summarise the responses you received:  What did you find difficult when you arrived? She find the difficulties in language and she felt lonely because at the beginning she didn’t have any friends.
Summarise the responses you received:  What information were you given when you arrived?  She hadn’t given any information because she knew every things about Australia.
Summarise the responses you received:  What things were hard to find out? She find hard to find out the language and how getting to school.
Summarise the responses you received:  What other things did you need or want to know? She need and want to know about the different cultures, religions and communities to live easier and understand them.
Summarise the responses you received:  How did you find the answers to these?  She find the answers for these by asking and searching about these the different cultures, religions and communities.
Summarise the responses you received:  How could the experience have been better for you? She had the experiences that help her to live better,for example: she now how to speak English and she how to get to school and the other suburbs.so that make her live easier in Australia.
Summarise the responses you received:  What advice would you give to other new migrants and refugees? Her advices are to don’t be shy and ask about any things that you have or had an idea about it and try to get many information from the others for living in Australia.
Summarise the responses you received:  How can we help them settle? She help them settle by helping them and give them the information that she took and learned by living in Australia. So that may help them to settle in Australia easier specially if they couldn’t speak English only Arabic.
