This document summarizes a case study of a successful Web 2.0 project in the E13 Learning Community. It describes how the project involved multiple schools working together on individual Web 2.0 projects within an overall framework. Key aspects that contributed to the success of the projects included getting support from school leaders, agreeing on clear teaching and learning goals, effective project management, and fostering a sense of community among students and teachers. The document also reflects on how the benefits of the projects could be measured and making recommendations to others interested in starting their own Web 2.0 initiatives.
