It is suited for projects that have lost direction, have fixed deadlines, or require energizing. The attributes of RAPID-Change include rising to the challenge, accelerating engagement channels, promoting realistic expectations, implementing through focused objectives, and taking action. Stakeholder engagement is embraced but to a lesser extent than in a full change model. The goal is to implement change quickly while still reinforcing and sustaining it.
