What do you mean by principles of management? What are the importances of principles of management? What are the things needed for the success of a business? Efficient method of production, scientific selection and training of workers, proper allotment of duties, and attainment of harmony between workers and management are needed for the success of a business. Are these things are achieved through a normal management system? No. then how can we achieved it? It can be achieved through the application of scientific management.
