INTRODUCTION TO OBINTRODUCTION TO OB
• Every person relating to organization
has 2 types of behaviour : Individual
or Personal & Organizational

from each other. OB is much more
wider in connection with
Organizational goals. It’s a behaviour
of personnel affecting the whole
organization where they work.
• Though the job of every employee is
different, it is interlinked with other
jobs. The term or the concept OB
signifies the complex spectrum
(range) of psychological relations of
all individuals in an industrial society.
OB is always supplementary to
Personnel behaviour. It can be
expressed as collective action or
group action which protects the
interest of all employees.
