We based our analysis on a detailed 3D model of the building incorporating heating and ventilation systems, solar gains, glazing and fabric types, occupancy patterns, and energy use profiles. This comprehensive analysis helped us understand the building’s thermal behaviour with precision. 👊 The result? Up to 75% less overheating and 14% energy savings—through carefully modelled, data-informed decisions. At PULSE, we believe performance is best understood through thoughtful analysis.
