When Windows, Daylight, and Equinox Align - all in one day ⚪ Window Research Institute × VILLUM Window Collection × Poetic Daylight Today we had the great pleasure of welcoming an engaged group from the Window Research Institute at the Det Kongelige Akademi. They visited our Daylight Pavilion and explored our Daylight Lab – it was a true privilege to meet you. And thank you, Dorthe Bech-Nielsen, for making the connection. ⚪ Equinox × Poetic Daylight We also celebrated the autumn equinox in Poetic Daylight. On the equinox, the Earth’s axis is perpendicular to the Sun’s rays, and all regions receive nearly the same number of daylight hours. In other words, night and day are, in principle, of equal length across the globe. This is why it is called an equinox—from the Latin meaning “equal night.” ⚪ Copenhagen Architecture Biennial 2025 × Poetic Daylight Finally, we are excited and grateful that Poetic Daylight is part of the program by the Institut for Arkitektur og Rum, Det Kongelige Akademi for the CAFx - Copenhagen Architecture Forum Architecture Biennial 2025, Slow Down (18.9–19.10.2025). https://lnkd.in/dmRwrYuC Throughout this period, a range of activities will take place in the pavilion. ⚪ Happy Autumn Equinox
