🚀A few weeks ago, we unveiled our new strategic plan looking ahead to 2028, in which continuous improvement is placed at the heart of our actions and our corporate culture. 🤲🏼This commitment drives us every day to evaluate our actions and evolve our practices, in close collaboration with families and professionals in our nurseries. We were the first to launch, as early as February 2025, a monthly measurement of family satisfaction across the 10 countries where we operate. This concrete initiative allows us to prioritize the quality and safety of the care we provide to children. The initial results are telling: ✅ An average increase of +15 NPS points compared to 2024; ✅ Significant progress observed in the majority of countries. 🙏These results are also the outcome of exemplary teamwork. Thank you to the marketing, digital, and operations teams who successfully rolled out this ambitious project with great efficiency. 🌿 World Nature Day 🌿 At Babilou Family, nature is a true daily ally for children. We know how essential spending time outdoors is for their development, curiosity, and well-being. That’s why our 10 countries take part in the #OutdoorChallenge: an event held twice a year over one week. The next edition will be held from the 30th of June to the 6th of July. 👉What’s the goal of the challenge? To spend as much time as possible outside, reconnect with nature, and make every outing a fun and enriching discovery, creating unique moments for children, always at the heart of nature. Example from the Babilou Family Nederland: during Outdoor Week, children take part in various activities such as making mud soup, picking up litter, playing ball games, creating mandalas from natural materials, and capturing moments in photos with nature. 🌍 And throughout the year, countries keep nature at the core of their practices: 📌Babilou Family Switzerland: In the forest, teams have set up sensory spaces where children can touch, listen to, and observe nature. Playful trails suitable for all ages encourage discovery and outdoor play. 📌Babilou: Regular outings in parks and gardens allow children to explore the seasons, learn about plants and animals, while developing their autonomy and creativity. 📌 Babilou Family Deutschland GmbH: Frequent outings, even in bad weather, include activities focused on observation and construction in nature. 🙌🏼Will you join us? #WorldNatureDay #OutdoorChallenge #PedagogyForTomorrow

🌍 World Inclusiv' Day At Babilou Family, we believe in inclusive education where diversity is a strength. In our book Sustainable Education, we highlight the importance of creating welcoming environments where every child and every family can find their place. Here are some examples of practices implemented in our countries to ensure respectful and inclusive care: Babilou Family Switzerland: Bilingualism is part of everyday life, with professionals speaking each child’s specific language. This enables natural language immersion. Babilou: Childcare centers implement Individualized Care Plans (PAI) to support children with disabilities through tailored solutions that meet their specific needs, while ensuring compassionate care. Babilou Family Deutschland GmbH: Multicultural education is enhanced through creative workshops and cultural activities, allowing children to discover and celebrate the diverse cultures around them. Babilou Family Luxembourg: The Incluso service supports inclusion in childcare by offering personalized guidance for children with disabilities. This partnership with educators and families helps find adapted solutions and fosters empathy and non-discrimination among all children. 🤝 Promoting inclusion and valuing diversity in childcare is essential to help every child thrive in a respectful and supportive environment. #WorldInclusivDay #SustainableEducation #PeopleFirst #PedagogyForTomorrow

World Water Day! 💦 As part of our commitment to #SustainableEducation, we continue to promote this mindset on this special day. Babilou Family Singapore has organized inspiring activities to raise awareness among our young learners about the importance of this vital resource. To celebrate, they explored practical ways to reuse water, reduce pollution, and care for nature. Through creative and educational activities, they discovered the impact of their actions and the importance of protecting water. A step towards a sustainable future! ♻️ Special thanks to our teams in Singapore for organizing these inspiring activities! And you, what action will you take to preserve water? 💙 #WorldWaterDay #PedagogyForTomorrow #SustainableEducation
💧 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐭 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬!🌎 Last week, our children embarked on a journey to understand the importance of water conservation through hands-on activities that brought learning to life. From exploring creative ways to save water to observing its fascinating properties, every experience left a lasting impact. One of the highlights was seeing our children bring reused water from home to wash their hands and make bubbles—showing just how we can repurpose water in simple yet meaningful ways. Our school aunty also joined in by collecting rice water, which the children used to plant sunflower seeds, nurturing both their curiosity and the seedlings with care. To deepen their understanding of the impact of pollution, the younger children took on a hands-on challenge to remove trash from a bucket of water, discovering how important it is to keep our waters clean and safe for everyone. These experiences reflect our commitment to Sustainable Education®, where nature-based learning is at the heart of our programmes. By immersing children in real-world practices, they not only develop critical thinking and environmental stewardship but also learn to take responsible actions that make a difference. Together, we’re shaping young minds to be advocates for a sustainable future! 💙
