We’re seeking a Vice President, Investment Accounting & Reporting to lead complex financial and investor reporting across a high-performing investment platform with billions in AUM. You’ll oversee GAAP close, consolidation, and capital reporting across open- and closed-end vehicles, JVs, and real asset investments.

This role sits at the intersection of financial control and strategic partnership, working cross-functionally with asset management, capital markets, and investor relations to deliver accurate, timely, and investor-aligned insights.


What You’ll Own

*Oversee all investment- and fund-level accounting operations, financial close, and consolidation

*Ensure investor-ready reporting, from capital account statements and NAV to complex distribution and performance allocation models.

*Manage audits and tax deliverables, coordinating with external advisors and fund administrators

*Build scalable processes, reporting systems, and controls to support fund growth

*Partner with asset managers, capital markets, and internal finance teams to ensure reporting aligns with strategic and investor objectives

*Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing accounting team


What We'd Like

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred

*10+ years of progressive experience including a public accounting foundation (Big 4 or national firm strongly preferred)

*Private equity, real assets, or fund accounting leadership

*Deep understanding of GAAP, waterfall models, and complex investor structures

*Experience with open-/closed-ended funds, JVs, and capital calls/distributions

*Strong executive communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functionally
