Indemn's AI agents automate insurance operations, replace 30-40% of repetitive tasks.

Kyle Geoghan, CEO and co-founder of Indemn, describes how their AI agents are moving beyond basic chat to handle daily front-line insurance operations. AI agents now generate quotes by collecting key data, guide applicants step by step through underwriting, generate certificates, and support first notice of loss (FNOL) processes. Notably, right now they can replace 30–40% of the repetitive questions that underwriters and CSRs field each day. Ongoing work includes building API integrations with policy administration systems, so brokers can check customer status or handle payments directly. Indemn’s long-term goal is to let clients fully build and manage their own AI agents—the platform is about halfway there, with clients already able to create and oversee agents as new capabilities roll out and the system evolves daily in response to real-world use. Which of your repetitive tasks would benefit most from AI support?
