Big update: Zendesk Quick Answers Now Available to All customers. Zendesk just announced that their AI-powered quick answers feature will be available to ALL Suite and Knowledge customers starting September 25, 2025 - no longer restricted to Copilot add-on users only. Quick answers provides generative AI summaries above search results when agents look for information, helping them find solutions faster than ever. 3 ways you can use this for your customer experience: 1. Reduce agent training time - New agents can get instant, AI-generated answers from your knowledge base without needing to master complex search techniques 2. Improve first-contact resolution - Agents get summarized answers immediately in the Context panel, enabling them to resolve customer issues faster without switching between multiple articles 3. Enhance consistency across your team - All agents get the same AI-generated insights from your knowledge base, ensuring consistent responses regardless of experience level Rollout begins August 26th with full availability by September 25th.
