Dear Bagggel Community,
April has been a whirlwind month for us! After countless late nights, endless planning calls, and that final rush of last-minute details, our Bagggel "Being CEO Ready 2.0" conference finally happened on April 5th—and wow, was it everything we dreamed of and more!
The venue came alive as women from across industries walked through those doors. From our powerful keynote talks to those insightful panel discussions, to the speed networking event, I’m happy to say that the energy never dipped. With the number of strategies (and candid stories) shared, there was truly something for everyone to take home.
Even though the flagship conference is behind us, we have such an exciting time ahead! Our calendar is filled with valuable opportunities to connect and grow together. From masterclasses led by industry trailblazers to vibrant member mixers, there's something for everyone in our community.
The journey to the C-suite doesn't end with one conference, but we’re just getting started. The momentum we've built is carrying us forward into a season full of growth, connection, and empowerment.
Here's to continuing this journey and to all the future CEOs taking bold steps forward with us.
With warmth and purpose,
Supria

"Being CEO Ready 2.0" Conference: A Day of Transformation
Seeing our vision for the second "Being CEO Ready" conference come to life filled me with immense pride. I still remember how the room pulsed with the energy of almost 200 senior women executives—all ready to claim their place in the C-suite.
Delivering the opening keynote was both a responsibility and a privilege. Looking out at those brilliant minds—women who are already reshaping the worlds they’re in—I felt the weight and wonder of our collective mission to develop future CEOs.
I still laugh thinking about Satyakam Mohanty's session on "Agentic AI"—who knew artificial intelligence could inspire such humor? From Shri. DGP P.S. Sandhu's talk on equity in the armed forces, to the practical session on personal branding with Sarika Naik, Anshuma Dogra Singh, and Tina Mansukhani, I’m sure your Bagggel book is brimming with key insights to inform your CEO journey.
I'm still thinking about the electricity during our panel discussions! "The New CEO Playbook" featured refreshingly honest conversations about leadership challenges. The dynamic exchange between Sowmya, Vibhuti, and Swetha during "Building Future-proof Products" had everyone rethinking their approach to innovation.
Our five carefully crafted tracks—from The CEO Mindset to Paying it Forward—ensured we addressed every aspect of modern leadership. The "Saree Safari" segment was an unexpected hit! Torsha and Ankita's take on power dressing blended tradition with executive presence so beautifully.
As we build on this momentum with new members, I remain committed to our mission: developing women as future CEOs for a balanced world. The journey continues, and it's one we're taking together.

Sreepriya’s Journey: A Masterclass in Resilience, Leadership, and Stewardship
Beginning her career with ICICI Bank in 1997, Sreepriya built a strong foundation across multiple banking divisions. Though initially drawn to IT, her parents' encouragement toward banking proved transformative. Through multiple relocations following her husband's career—from Kochi to Chennai, Bangalore, and Delhi—she consistently excelled despite the impact on her own promotion trajectory.
One of her most challenging periods came in 2006, when she balanced branch leadership with motherhood of a two-year-old daughter. Working long hours meant precious moments with her child happened in the early morning hours—sometimes until 3 AM—a sacrifice that showed her deep commitment to both family and profession.
For aspiring women leaders, Sreepriya emphasizes three critical skills: strategic vision, resilience with adaptability, and leadership with empathy. Her advice on work-life balance is refreshingly honest—it's not about perfection but prioritization and embracing that "balance looks different at various stages of life."
Through BAGGGEL, she values connecting with diverse leaders and exchanging experiences that drive meaningful change. Her journey continues to illuminate the path for women seeking their unique blend of success and purpose.
