• Self owned, between 20 landlords
• Central heating: self owned
• Energy consumption, space heating

• Energy consumption, other 10.99

What challenge?
• To gain energy efficiency performance
through embeded renewable energy soruces
• To refurbish the central heating distribution
system on a horizontal level
• To reduce the primary heating energy
consuption to less than 90 kWh/sqm
• The building is a standard cube with inset
balconies
• The building is in climate zone II
• Constant shaddows in lower floors

• Walls 300mm insulation U-Value: 0.094W/m2K, roof 460mm U-Value
0.095W/m2K, ground floor 520mm U-Value 0.131W/m2k
