The Homepage performance overall looks
great. The site recently experienced a few
load time issues.
The page in certain locations was taking
more than 9 seconds. The snapshot shows
what your end user would have seen when
there was an issue.
What are your customers seeing when there is
performance degradation?

Page Size was decreased on the 25th of July.
Did this change impact performance?
Download time – shows significant
improvement .
Overall Performance has also improved.
Has your page grown heavier? Does the size of your
page impact performance?

The site had availability issues on the 13th of
October. Error seen was “Page Load Time Out
at 83%”
On further analysis, we found a spike in Response
Time between 1:00pm to 5pm. The two requests
that were causing the spike have been highlighted
and it shows that these requests spent 17.5
seconds waiting for a response from the server.
Insight into availability and performance?

DNS resolution time has increased
since 18th Feb.
Lets take a look at the locations that
are worst affected by this issue.

seconds for customers to view the
