The Dialogue App aims to more effectively connect people with government online by making it easy to crowd-source ideas, collaborate on projects, discuss policy, and operate participative processes. It was designed for government use in conjunction with the National Academy of Public Administration and has been refined over several projects. A quick walkthrough shows how users can browse ideas, interact with them through comments, ratings and tags, and add their own ideas.
