(Jabonero, 2021) Ratings give an idea on students' strengths and weaknesses. (Hidalanan, 2021) Students can give their own insights about a lesson. (Torralba, 2021) Enhance teaching strategy and improve learning ability. (Acierto, 2021)

- 9. SCHOOL PROGRAMS It is appraised to determine if teachers are not overloaded or underloaded.
- 10. INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS is evaluated to ascertain if they are adequate and updated like books, references, etc.
- 11. INSTRUCTIONAL FACILITIES must be assessed if they are adequate like classrooms, computers,projectors, audio-visual equipment, etc.

In conclusion, summative assessment is a successful END PRODUCT and/or the fulfilling of the pre-stated learning outcome.
