Getting started with the learning center

Editor's Notes

  • #2: The Learning Center is your one stop resource for all social selling learning materials! Sales Navigator users have unlimited access to quickstart guides as well as expert tips and techniques for serious social sellers. From simple step-by-step tip sheets to expert led webinars, the Learning Center is the go-to place for all Sales Navigator training needs!
  • #3: Accessing the Learning Center from Sales Navigator is easy. Simply hover over Support and select Learning Center from the drop-down menu. That's it!
  • #4: Different timezone? Different language? Set those preferences by hovering over the Options button and selecting My Account.
  • #5: To adjust the timezone, click on the Timezone pull down menu and scroll down to your region. Select your location, and that's it! Now you won't miss that webinar!
  • #6: Prefer to read, hear, or watch in your local language? Easy! Click on Display Language and choose from the 7 major regional languages supported by the Learning Center. You will need to log out and log back for the new settings to apply.
  • #7: Start by watching the Sales Navigator Demo Video then instantly sign up for a live webinar, watch a recorded session, or complete a self-paced module right from the homepage! Search for learning materials by topic or watch any of our featured SSI Quick Tip video series. Want more? Peruse through our library by media type and create your own learning path!
  • #8: Interested in attending a live webinar hosted by one of our Customer Success Managers? Sign up and reserve your space by scrolling through the available dates. Simply click on the Attend Live Webinar on the homepage, find the webinar you're interested in attending, and click through the available dates and times. Once you find the time that works for you, click on Register Now and confirm OK. That's all there is to it! You'll receive a confirmation email with a calendar invitation to help remind and prepare you for the upcoming session.
  • #9: To attend the webinar, go to My Learning to see your transcript, find the webinar, then click Launch when it's time to begin. That's it!
  • #10: With all the webinars, on-demand videos, and self-paced tutorials you'll have access to, you can best manage your training progress in My Learning to help you get closer to achieving social selling stardom!
  • #11: Ready to up your social selling game? Find the information you need in the fromat you want! Quick videos? Easy print outs? In-depth self paced e-Learning? Take a look at our library of topics and start learning today!
  • #12: Once in the Learning Center, you can search and share videos, tipsheets, self-paced modules, and more, by clicking on Share and Copy Link. You can send the link to any Sales Navigator subscriber and they can access that specific learning material directly, useful for sharing with team mates!
  • #13: Finally, if you need more support or would like to refer back to what we covered, simply click on the Help menu and click on any of our support links. You can also reach out directly to our support staff. Thank you and happy social selling!
