This document describes three modules of the Exam Cracker system. Module A involves partnering with coaching institutes to provide online exams and practice tests to their students. Module B directly engages students through a series of online competitive quizzes with prizes. Module C aims to prepare college students for online exams used by companies during recruitment by holding practice test series mimicking those exams.

- 1. Exam Cracker The Online Way to Achieve Goals This Document is for describing the full detailed information of Exam Cracker modules. In this doc we will understand the fully process of Exam Cracker in future use. We have divided Exam Cracker in three modules for different scenario which will be useful for users. Module A This module will be called Traditional Module on which we will follow the traditional approach to reach our users through coaching institutes by offering them our system. In this module we will follow points, which are given below. We will contact coaching owners through direct marketing by visiting them to their offices. OR We will discuss with the student directly for using this system for their use.( This point is not much possible because why the coaching owners/Admin will allow us to their institute.) We will offer the coaching owner to use our system at their end as a system for themselves and their students. In this module we will create a system compatible to coaching owners for their use. In this system there will be different users for accessing the practice tests and other earning activities. This module will be fully dependent upon the coaching institute; we will only charge the students through coaching owners as full time fees for a year or quarterly or half yearly.

Exam Cracker The Online Way to Achieve Goals In this system we will allow coaching owner to create their own tests and questionnaire for their students/old students or any other person who want to take part in exam or exercise. The coaching owner will be given the fully authority to add student by online system and will create their online access id’s, by them students will take their exercise or exam. We may provide a technical staff to coaching owner to upload exam or exercise to the system regularly. How it works There would be a question that how this system work. The following points will clear all the doubts. When the exam admin will create a test or exercise, a text notification to the student will be sent through SMS/Mail to the students, so that they can take the exam or practice tests. After login, at the student end the current/ available test/exam will be shown on their panel. In the student panel students will be notified about new exam, previous results and the results of students who are getting highest marks in the institute. The students are also provided new exam dates, upcoming exams, important dates and other use full things also.

Today mostly exams are conducting online and many government and private sectors are conducting online exam for their recruitment. In current scenario coaching institute are taking exams through traditional approach, by engaging student and their teachers in the coaching. During these exams/practice tests, which is happened on weekends, the mostly students didn’t come to taking exams. But in this system student need not to come coaching institutes for taking exams or practice tests, they can attempt the exams online through their systems. In these exams much stationary used as a question paper as well as result sheet and other types. Which is a regular process for every batch/ class of the student? Our system is Online, so there is no need to use stationary in question paper or for answers sheets also. Only a computer operator will make question paper in doc/excel format and will upload the quiz to the system. On these days all teachers will have to give be in classes for taking part in exam process. They will not take any classes these days. When student will take the exam online then the teachers will be free for taking new classes or week end classes for new students. In short we can say that Online Examination/ Practice test are the need, necessity and it is also useful for current scenario.

Apart from them we offer some more feature to the system to the all students associated to us. We will provide extra tests and other useful things to the students free of cost ( Include in the fees structure). We will conduct regular quiz to the students for more practice. We will provide some informatics and other useful classes through our online system. Fee Structure The total fees for this module would be nominal as INR 500/- per student per year. Student will have to register through coaching institute, only coaching institute will have the right to add student and give them access to use online exam.
- 5. Exam Cracker The Online Way to Achieve Goals Module B After the traditional module now we will discuss another module which we called self approach module. In this module we will not associated to any coaching institute. We will directly interact to the students for online exam/ Practice. In this module there is a big problem that how to interact people directly, who are not associated to you or how they can trust on you, because we are not a popular coaching or training institute. For overcome form this situation we have planned a way to attract student towards us. We will design a online quiz competition for students from different coaching institute in one or more cities at a time. The detailed discussion is as follows: We will go to the coaching institutes to ask them to participate in a online quiz competition which is going to be held online to test the real strength of aspirants of different schemes. We know that in all competitive exam there are some papers which are common to all exam i.e. General Knowledge, English, Reasoning, Q.A. etc. So we will organize a common test series to all students. We will register student through online and will offer them a surly prize to all students who are taking part in the online quiz competition. We will take a small amount as fees for online exam and will offer them to use our system free of cost through the year.

Process of Online Quiz We will register student through online process and take a fees of INR 500/- form each student. We will follow the following process. After registration we will send a notification to the student for the registration and will inform them to exam dates. There would be series of tests which will be held online in a certain time frame. In this series there will be 7 tests which will be held online within a month or 15 days. Each test will contain objective type of question and a limited time frame would be there. All questions will be based on current online examination process which is used these days. We have decided our full quiz in 3 different sections for students. Only qualified student will take part in the next section and so on. Only first section will be for all students. First section will contain 3 papers; each will be of 100 marks with a time frame. We will inform registered students about date of the examination through SMS and Mail. This section will be available online only for 3 days. In these three days student must have to attempt these papers. Result will be shown to students immediately after completion of section or all three tests. A qualification marks will be decided to qualify in next section. Only qualified students will be informed to take part in next section.
- 7. Exam Cracker The Online Way to Achieve Goals Unqualified students will be allowed to take part in the examination but their exam will not be counted. We will give them a consolation prize and access of our system through the year. The next section will contain a set of question paper. These question paper will contain 100 questions of 200 marks. In this section the difficulty level will be increased and time will also be reduced. There would also be a elimination process in this section according to qualification marks. Same process will be followed to the unqualified students like section one. In the final section there would also be a set of papers having 300 marks for each paper. The difficulty mode of these papers will be very high and will be divided into sections. The students are marked through time frame of each section, accuracy and previous sections results. After results we will give a prize to top 10 students and remaining will be given a consolation prize and a certificate of exam participation. Top 10 students will access our system for two years and if possible we will give them a discount in any coaching institute for further preparation.
- 8. Exam Cracker The Online Way to Achieve Goals Module C This module is not related to upper module and it is may be the unique module of its type. This module is related to colleges which are dealing with all students who is appearing in final year and waiting for their recruitment. This module helps students to prepare themselves to handle the complexity of tests. As we know that all big companies are dealing with online examination and they are using it for the students. We have some plan to deal these types examination or solving procedure of these examinations. Following points will clear this module. We will organize some test series to the final year students or pre final year students. These tests will be based on online campus procedure in which we made some tests equal to tests taking by all big MNC’s. By this students will be familiar to these types. We will not take only one or two exams for students. We will organize a test series to the students, which will help students to handle these types of tests. After some tests we will review the tests attempt by student by our expert, who will train students how to solve problems and tricks which will be useful for student’s point of view. After the expert class we will arrange some more online tests again to review the students. This will surely help the students for tests and their performance will also be increased. Apart from these we will provide students some personality development program and will teach them for handling campus recruitment by the help of our expert recruiter.
