 Coordinated all international and domestic sales efforts including coordination of procurements of raw materials totaling
nearly $100 million annually.
 Monitored and tracked ATP/CTP inventory levels, while fulfilling delivery and contractual obligations in a commodity-
based environment for seven production facilities.
 Analyzed and negotiated numerous long-term and short-term service contracts with shipping lines resulting in a lower
landed value and a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Container volume exceeded 4000 teus annually.
 Tracked profitability with accurate export margins, strategized cost containment, and communicated with sales agents
from Japan, Korea, China, and Taiwan.
 Surpassed company objectives of profit and inventory control for six consecutive years, monitoring daily inventory, sales
activity, and profit/loss statements throughout the company’s eight production facilities.
 Implemented a new workforce configuration of shift teams, eliminating the need for a full second shift; a plan adopted by
one of our raw material suppliers.
 Pursued and sourced a new export market opportunity in South America that generated $22M in gross profits within the
first five months of operation.
 Increased revenue by 40% to $35M in one year after introducing new overseas market opportunity to domestic
suppliers.
 Emphasized expansion of direct end-user customer base, resulting in 25% increase, and doubling profits over a six year
period.
