New forms page
- 1. New Forms Page Cardinal
- 2. The Cardinal Forms page has changed. This video is to orient you to the new layout and features of the NEW Forms Page with many of the same featured forms available.
- 3. Accessing Page From the Red Bird Press Home Page you will find the tab for “ Forms (New)” under “Resources”
- 5. How to find Forms You can find the form that you are seeking by browsing under Categories or through a Search!
- 6. Categories For example if you were looking to print a Direct Deposit form for an employee you would click on “Payroll”
- 7. Payroll Clicking on the “Payroll” Category tab will take you to a page listing out all the Payroll related forms that are currently available.
- 8. For this category there are 3 pages of form results and you will find the one you are looking for labeled “Employee Direct Deposit Authorization” on the 2 nd page!
- 9. You can then choose to either “Download” or “View” the form.
- 10. Search for Forms To Search you may enter the name of the form you are looking for in the “Search” box. OR you can “Search for Doc” from the Home Page which will let you select Keyword, Categories, and Posted Order. Direct Deposit
- 11. The search comes up with two form results. The first one is the form we are looking for at this time. So select and download, the same way you did previously.
- 12. Once pulled you can sort your search by: Newest First, Oldest First, Most Popular, Alphabetical & Category Sort your Results
