booking needs on one platform. Sesh was designed for effiency and enhancing productivity for
underutilized assets in the music production ecosystem. The company was founded by touring musicians
who were frustrated by the lack of access and integration of resources in the music production process.

rentals and work for hire talent. The creation of this integrated application benefits all stakeholders in the music
production economy. Similar to Hotel Tonight, Airbnb, and OpenTable, Sesh creates new revenue streams for sellers
and efficient, transparent pricing for buyers. This will create a new landscape where home and pro users can compete
on an equal playing field. Music and music production have broad-based appeal, and we intend to empower anyone
