Phase 2- J2J Transition Purpose -  J2J Part 1- Introduction, Timeline, Expectation J2J Part 2- History of the LC, Culture, Current Reality J2J Part 3- Role of an EB Member, Being EB Track- J2J MC Test, Videos & Output MC sends out update 2 NSC 2010 THE FUTURE BELONGS TO THOSE WHO SEE POSSIBILITIES BEFORE THEY BECOME OBVIOUS
Phase 3- Individual Transition Purpose -  Part 1- History & Current Reality Part 2- Resource sharing(Documents) Part 3- Roadmap for the coming year Part 4-CRM Transition(Appointments, Contacts, MoUs, On-the-job Training) Track- The MC Test(Survey),  Pictures, Videos & Output MC sends out update 3 NSC 2010 THE FUTURE BELONGS TO THOSE WHO SEE POSSIBILITIES BEFORE THEY BECOME OBVIOUS
Phase 4- AIESEC India Handover Purpose -  Part 1- Planning for next year- Individual Part 2- Plan sharing & feedback- Individual Part 3- J2J Wrap up-(Combined) Track- The MC Test(Survey),  Pictures, Videos & Output MC sends out update 3 AIESEC India Celebrates Handover on 31 st  December!
