• It is the ratio for valuing a company that
measures its current share price relative
to its per-share earnings.
• It is a earning base valuation. Normally,
measure based on Net Profit.
• Startups use Revenue to measure it and
it is commonly accepted by Angel
investors or ECF platform.

• NTA (net tangible assets) is described as the total assets of a
company, excluding intangible assets (such as goodwill, trademarks
and patents) minus total liabilities.
