2–Service Capability Module. (Focuses on intense, specialized, process-level knowledge in one or
more processes)
 Lifecycle Module : Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation , Continual Service
Improvement.
 Capability Module : Service Offerings & Agreements, Release Control & Validation, Operational Support & Analysis,
Planning Protection & Optimization.
 Provide 4 credits in each module under capability & 3 credits in each module under lifecycle stream.

ITIL Intermediate Lifecycle Module- Service Transition (ST)
 Provides deep level of understanding to candidates looking to focus on the use of process and practice
elements and the management capabilities needed to deliver quality Service Management practices.
 The Service Transition module will help you to gain the knowledge, skills and management techniques
to coordinate all activities within this Lifecycle stage.
 Capability modules which would enhance your knowledge gained from this module is
Release, Control & Validation (RCV)
 Provide 3 credits under ITIL® Intermediate Lifecycle stream.
