Setting From the soundwe geta sense thatitis eitherinaverysnowyplace or near an
oceanas we can hearthe soundof footstepscrunching whichcouldeitherbe the
soundof the snowbeingcrunchedundersomebody’sfeetoritisthe soundof
waveshittingrocks.Howeverthere isalsoaveryloudandstrong windsound.This
alsogivesusthe ideathat it isina snowyplace.Finallythereisthe soundof what

the soundssuch as the crackingand the ice being
crushedwould’ve mostlikelybeenmade using
Foleyartistry.
Mood Thiscut sequence hasa verytense moodandis creatinga lotof suspense toleadup
to something.The loudandintense musicinthe backgroundalsocreatessuspense
as it continuouslygoeslouderandquieter. The soundof the gunshotalsoaddsto
thissuspense.
The soundsof gunshotswouldprobablybeen
made usingFoleyartistry,orevenfieldrecording
as theysoundveryrealistic.
Game genre Because of the soundand the suspense createdduringthiscutsequence Ibelieve
that thisgame wouldeitherbe ahorror / survival game oran action game.
The music would’vemore likelybeenmade using
an orchestraor musical instrumentshoweveritis
veryacousticmusicso I doubtthat it wouldbe
made usingelectrical instruments.
Narrative All of the people in thiscutsequence are shoutingwhichgivesusthe impression
