E- LEARNING?
Quite simply, e-learning is electronic learning
and typically this means using a computer to
deliver part, or all of a course whether it's in a
school, part of your mandatory business training
or a full distance learning course.
Distance learning is a way of learning remotely without being in
regular face-to-face contact with a teacher in the classroom. distance
learning usually means students engaging with learning materials at
home or work.
These materials are produced by the university, college or learning
provider and are either sent directly to the student or more usually
today accessed via the internet. Tutorial support is provided via a
virtual learning environment, telephone, email or other electronic
means.

COMPARISON WITH EXISTING SYSTEM
1. Less User Friendly:
The existing system is less user friendly because the retrieval and
storing of data is not fast efficient. And data is not maintained
efficiently.
2. Not Useful for E Learning and disable Student:
Those students who want to continue their study while doing job or
having some disability, so they can’t get benefit because they have
to attend the class regularly
3. More time require:
Every work is done manually so time required more.

COMPARISON WITH EXISTING SYSTEM
4. Doesn't provide the facility of video conferencing:
Existing system does not provide the facility of video conferencing
to resolve the complex queries.

COMPARISON WITH PROPOSED SYSTEM
1. More User Friendly: -
The Virtual system is user friendly because the retrieval and storing
of data is fast efficient. And data is maintained efficiently.
2. Very useful for E-learning and disable student:
This system useful for those students those who cannot attend the
class due to some reason like doing job or due to his disability and if
these students wants to continue their education then this system is very
useful for them because this system provide the opportunity to such
type of students those who wants to continue their education along with
their job. System and there is no restriction. We can access this system

INTRODUCTION
We are going to develop a PHP project which
is actually an educational website named
“IT FREAKS”. The students of computer
science can surf their time on it. It will be
developed to support distance learning and will facilitate students to
get standard learning material of IT subjects. Students as well as
teachers can get registered with us to upload and download files,
post questions and answers, share files and make video conference
in specific time periods to solve queries of students.

GOAL
The Goal of this project is to
provide platform for better
understanding of computer
courses among the
students of IT.

OBJECTIVES
System should be able to be accessed by anyone, anytime, anywhere
 System should be able to display quotations of famous personalities.
 system should be able to provide the facility to the students and
teachers to get registered.
 System should be able to provide the facility of downloading
standard learning material like books notes slides recorded video
lectures and educational softwares to registered students.
 system should be able to keep track of registered users.
 system should be able to provide the facility downloading video
conferencing tool to registered users.
 system should be able to enable the registered students to get
opinions of the other students/teachers in the form of posting
questions in the forum.

OBJECTIVES
 system should be able to provide the facility of audio/video call in
which registered students can ask teacher to solve the queries within
specific time.
 system should be able to provide the facility of sharing files
publically.
 system should be able to enable the admin to deactivate account of
any user on the basis of some valid reasons.

SCOPE OF SYSTEM
The system under consideration is basically developed for the students and
teachers of IT. It will help students of IT to learn different IT subjects.
Students and teachers can view the website but they will have to get
registered with the system in order to attain the services of website.
System will help students by providing learning material like pdf books,
slides, handouts, video lectures and educational softwares. Teachers will
help students by writing answers in forum and by video conferencing with
students in specific time periods. Students can also share files using this
website. Admin will support the system by updating quotations,
maintaining accounts of teachers and students. He will have the authority
to cancel account of any student or teacher due to some valid reason and
update schedules and notification in website.
