OFFICE I • The office provides support and assistance to the Director-General in the exercise of his mandate • The Director of Office I acts as Deputy Director on behalf of the Director-General • Human resources organization and management • Training activities for administrative staff • IT support to all USR offices • Coordination and support of offices from IX to XVII in relation to the above mentioned matters Monica Galletti - USR-ER February 2011
