Hoodlane – script
- 1. HOODLANE – SCRIPT – TRIAL PRODUCTIONS Characters: Leeroy - Jacques Bossman - Quintin Dave – James Extras SCENE 1 Black screen appears with the Production Companies name in Times New Roman font with the logo appearing above. (a phone ringtone is played) CASTLEFIELD. MID DAY. LEEROY Are first over the shoulder shot of Leeroy’s character answering the phone. LEEROY Whats happening Boss !? BOSSMAN Do you like keeping me waiting bruv! LEEROY Nah, I was waiting for your call. BOSSMAN Get here at 12. I got a new package. (bossman hangs up the phone) LEEROY puts the phone in his pocket and walks to Castle Field. Once LEEROY reached Castle Field he bangs on the door two times. The door is answered by DAVE, who only opens the door slightly. DAVE You hear for the delivery? LEEROY Yeah man. LEEROY steps forward to walk in only to be stopped by DAVE having his foot on the door.
- 2. DAVE I need to search you first. LEEROY (aggressive tone) But I come here all the time why do you need to search me? DAVE It’s the same for everyone coming in. LEEROY responds by acting annoyed and angry. DAVE then opens the door and for LEEROY to come in. DAVE then pulls out a gun causing LEEROY to life his arms and starts searching him. BOSSMAN then enters the room from a low shot showing his power and importance. BOSSMAN signals for them to follow him. Dave then puts the gun away, and follows behind BOSSMAN. SCENE 2 BOSSMAN is the first to take seat at the table followed by LEEROY who sits opposite him at the table. DAVE then stands behind BOSSMAN. BOSSMAN (bluntly) Listen up this is important, make sure you get this done by Sunday LEEROY Yeah man, you know I get the work done all the time. BOSSMAN then hands him the bag of drugs. LEEROY takes the bag and stands up ready to leave but is interupted by BOSSMAN. BOSSMAN pulls out a gun and places it on the table. BOSSMAN Oi, im going to give you this, just incase. But if you get caught don’t mention anything to do with me.
- 3. LEEROY then collects the gun and puts it in his bag. He then walks off and leaves Castle Field. SCENE 3 REIGATE HIGH STREET. MID DAY/EARLY EVENING. LEEROY. Several shots of LEEROY walking onto the high street dealing the drugs whilst titles appear.
