- 2. Videoconferencing : Start a WEBconference automatically in video, open the camera of a participant with a resolution of 320 x 240 or of 6 participants at 176 x 132.
- 3. PowerPoint presentation : You can make a PowerPoint presentation and simultaneously take down notes from the slides.
- 4. Screen sharing : Share a part, or whole, of the screen of your PC with the participants in order to do an online presentation of software or document, for instance, using a pointer or a virtual pen, if needed.
- 5. Interactive white board : Open a white board in a window, and choose to authorize or not the participants to write but not erase…
- 6. Messages sending : Send a text message, a file, or a hyperlink to a WEB page during a meeting. Those present at the meeting may review the participant's list and send a message only to the demonstrator or to all the participants, provided they are globally authorized to do it.
- 7. Share images : Share an image or a screen capture in image format, make notes, and allow the participants to upload them to their PC.
- 8. Polls and results : Prepare questions for the participants, ask them, get their answers, and, if desired, publicize the results. Actually, a consultation or a vote may be held.
- 9. Alarms configuration : Have an optional alarm, when a new participant or a message arrives, or when a participant virtually raises his hand. Use the default tone or upload the one of your preference.
- 10. Private conversation : Have a private conversation with a participant, through Skype, side by side with the meeting, for example, during a pause.
- 11. End on a WEB page : At the end of a meeting, send the participants to a particular WEB page.
