What is Leadership?Leadership - is a choice,                        - not a positionTWO-PART FRAMEWORK To find one’s voice       Inspire others to find theirsIs the path of greatnessUnleashing and realizingSequential growth from the inside out.
HENCE:Find this voice / Inspire others to find theirsFocus (path finding role to play to unite them as a complementary team)DiscoverCreate a common vision in the teamExpressAligning with them Execution of the vision
INSPIRATIONAL LEADERSHIPA leader, only when Followers? A dealer in hopeNot a mystery, look around and find many leaders (created by people / teams)Great challenge is self-managementCommitment for a purpose brings energy level highA long journey –(question who am ‘I?’)Reward is opportunity given to do that workI AM THAT WHAT YOU ARE.
WHAT TO DO TO BE INSPIRATIONAL ?A) TO BUILD MOMENTUM IN THE FOLLOWERSLet them teach you something, anything (Lincon, Gandhi)Find followers’ positive strength / supportVerify the above regularlyMeasure the time from ‘decision to action’Ask “how did you do that” ?Support every act till it reaches steadyMake the above into process & procedure
