And while we all remember it
• Microsoft will disable use of unsigned LDAP

• That means port 389 LDAP binding will stop working
That means LDAP binding NetScaler/ADC stop
That means that vCenter running LDAP integration will stop
• be ready for any new update scheduled for mid/late 2020

• Support Multi-user Windows 10
• Also gives you FSLogix Profile Containers / Office 365 Containers
• Ensure that Control Plane and VDI is within same region
• Not Available in all regions yet

• Native SSO with Azure Active Directory for Azure AD based Devices
• But IGEL is one of the few thin clients support WVD (with Linux Client)
• Other vendors with Windows 10 IoT base supports it as well

• Not integrating it with WVD Control Plane
• Addresses the limitations on WVD with their own control plane

MSIX AppAttach – What it is and isn’t
• Microsoft is dumping App-V 
• MSIX AppAttach
• Wrapping Win32 Applications in MSIX Format
• Not ready compared to App-V

• Moving towards «simpler» times with identity and self-service – for user atleast
• Integrating On-premises, Services and other SaaS services are crucial
• One solution to rule them all or integrate across?
• Vendors are investing into providing actions and not applications
• Provding assistants and moving up the stack (internal chatbots)
• Cloud based DaaS with virtual assistants, zero-trust and microapps the future VDI?
