As usual you must take into account CONTEXT – three major factors that you should

Watch the 2008 ‘Natural Confectionary Co.’ advert and
analyse how they have used the three elements above.
Below is the exciting, innovative new product being launched by your company. Come up with a
              BRAND, PRODUCT NAME and SLOGAN that will hook the consumer.
Once they have their product name and concept, advertisers have to identify their TARGET
         AUDIENCE as this INFLUENCES EVERY ELEMENT OF THE FINAL ADVERT.



                   Audiences can be divided by many
                   characteristics:




    Once the audience has been identified advertisers have to use a variety of literary/linguistic
       techniques that will best suit their target and persuade them to buy their product.
Working in groups and using the following advert as a
starting point, identify all the techniques advertisers
could use to create an effective, persuasive advert to
sell their product or convince you of their message.
