Implementer/Donor Platform Mechanics Objectives: • Share information about MRLG supported-initiative and donors’ portfolio • Explore possible engagement or support or development of follow through activities Expected outcomes: • Initial matching of MRLG-supported initiative and potential donor • MRLG partners linked with potential donor Mechanics: • The Implementer/Donor Platform Side Event is divided into three parts: o Part 1: Donor presentation of the relevant work program in the Mekong Region on land administration and governance (each donor will be given 5 minutes to pitch) o Part 2: MRLG Partners’ project presentation (each project implementer will be given 3 minutes to pitch) o Part 3: Networking • Donors are free to choose in which manner they would like to present. The presentation should include a short description of the organization, relevant work program, and mechanism for engagement. It can be through a slide presentation, video and/or IEC materials such as poster, brochure, leaflets, and alike. Donors are also welcome to bring materials and publications for distribution. • MRLG Partners are encouraged to prepare an infographic posters or videos. You are encouraged to use your imagination in presenting the following information: (i) Objective of the Project; (ii) Key Accomplishments (e.g. policy impact, innovation introduced in the process); and (iii) Sustainability Plan and/or Opportunity for Scaling up. Use less text; incorporate eye-catching images from your collection of project pictures. The size of the poster is A0. Please include the logos of MRLG and its donors (SDC, BMZ and LuxDev, as appropriate). • MRLG is willing to support you in the printing of the poster. Should you want our assistance, we need a high-resolution copy of the poster on or before 21 May 2018. Other form/medium of presentation is allowed. Kindly advise in advance for any special requirement, and we will try to assist in the arrangement.
