What is PDA ? In general, PDA is a discipleship program intended for those who are serious about growing in their spiritual walk.
What is PDA ? In general, PDA is a discipleship program intended for those who are serious about growing in their spiritual walk. Specifically, PDA is a five and a half month mentoring program -- sometimes less -- involving three elements: a specific commitment, a small group involvement, and a one-on-one mentoring relationship with someone older in the faith.
How does PDA work? Personal Discipleship Careful recruitment Proper orientation Adequate training Regular mentoring Effective affirmation Positive Discipline Initial evaluation Verbal warning Written warning Temporary leave Termination of PDA
Why do we have PDA ? Jesus commanded us to make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:19-20). Disciples are born but they are also made. Discipleship must be freely chosen in order to work. Discipleship must have a structure and a system of accountability in order to be accomplished. Discipleship is the key to fulfilling our vision of communityship.

Important Reminders about PDA YOU DO NOT NEED TO ENROLL IN PDA TO ATTEND OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY OF OUR OPEN GROUPS, MINISTRY EVENTS AND/OR FELLOWSHIPS! The PDA is a program intended to promote accountability among born-again believers only. It is NOT a program suitable for all, especially if you have not yet accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Please take the RLBS choice instead.
Important Reminders about PDA Regardless of your commitment, and because you made a promise to God and to your mentor, it is understood that you are giving him or her permission to hold you accountable. If you feel that you cannot fulfill your commitments anymore, please let your mentor know so he or she can take the necessary steps to help you. You are only expected to fulfill your commitments for five and a half months or during the remaining time that you're small group is in session.
Important Reminders about PDA If you want to step down from the PDA before the end of your commitment, or transfer your commitment to another church, please request a Certificate of Release from your mentor and go through the necessary departure process with your small group. If you leave without giving us any advice, or suddenly without going through the necessary departure process with your small group, we would either consider you as Absent without Leave (AWOL) or, in some cases (which may involve unresolved issues), Under Church Discipline (UCD).
Important Reminders about PDA If you are transferring from another church where you were previously committed (i.e. you were a member of that church), please make sure that you have a Certificate of Release  from your former Senior Pastor or any recognized senior leader from that church. Without this letter we cannot accept your application to the PDA.
How to apply for PDA for the first time Step 1 - Attend the PDA Orientation Seminar. Step 2 - Choose your commitment and fill up an application form. Step 3 - Get interviewed and wait for your acceptance. Step 4 - Start attending a LIFE Group and get mentored immediately.
