- 12. •With each new release of IBM Cognos 10 we have seen significant improvements in the platform with regard to Active Reports development and consumption •10.2.1: –RAVE: Rapidly Adaptive Visualization Engine –Extends the visualization library making graphical and other visual displays more appealing and interactive, not limited to a fixed Chart library –Visualizations allow for run-time rendering so authors can apply Filter methods to these displays, reducing development efforts as well as the size of Active Reports –Ability to track Mobile usage through Audit DB What’s the big deal with Active Reports in this new release? 12Copyright 2014 Senturus, Inc.
