  • #2: Let's start with the questions "Why is basic functional knowledge relevant for you and what defines it?"
  • #3: So why functional knowledge? You as LCP need to know functional basics because they are the foundation to develop a powerful strategy for the LC as a whole. Furthermore with functional basics you are able to discuss on planning days and during EBMs and give valuable external perspective. It also enables you to track your VPs properly. And increases your credibility as teamleader.
  • #4: Now you probably ask yourself what are functional basics actually?
  • #5: In oder to answer this question we have to take a look at the CSF map. As you know the CSF map contains all processes running in an LC. And basic functional knowledge simply contains all your LC's core process
  • #6: In other words the Xchange processes, HR processes and finance. As already said in this lesson we will only focus on Xchange and HR processes. There is a separate lesson on finance for LCPs so make sure to check it out if you haven't already afterwards. But before we dive into the operations.
  • #7: Let's take a look at the general LC timeline.
