Initial Reaction
 My first thoughts of the type of platform that my game will be made for is a mobile device.
This is because at the moment I am thinking of making a row/column slots game, for
example like Candy Crush Saga and Tetris and these are much more common on mobile
phones rather than consoles or computers.
 I have more ideas for a game design and all of them are more suitable for mobiles,
therefore I think that I will be making a mobile phone game for my project.
 The target audience has been set for 16-19 year olds and this means I don’t have to make
the game too easy to play and I can involve more complicating features, however at the
moment I am not sure what these features could be and if I will include these in my final
product.
 I have made an animation already at the start of the year, however this was my first doing
so and I wasn’t experienced in making pixel art and I didn’t have a lot of time to produce.
However for this project I have more time to make it therefore I will add more detail and I
will have more time to reflect and alter my game. i am also more experienced now, so I can
try and learn more skills to make my game better.
 For my last project I made a first person perspective game, so for this project I want to make
a side scrolling game, for example games like Sonic.
 I have used Premiere Pro on a previous project and I think I am experienced in using it
enough for it not to be a difficult task and I think I will be able to make it fairly quick and
with more detail.

Mood Board Analysis
Is there any repetition in the images you have collected? Repeated
colours/images styles/fonts/tone/mood
 Looking at my mood board as a whole there is a scary/spooky feel to it due to the feature of
zombies.
 As I have found these images on Google I have not found images perfect to my ideas, therefore the
colours will be different to how I want them, however due to game being about zombies I think that
I will have the colour green to be a large part of my game.
 Also the images seem to look very cartoon, meaning they are not supposed to look very realistic,
which is what I want for my game, as I am only using pixel art so I won’t be able to make the images
look very realistic and because it gives the game a more retro look.
How will your mood board influence your final product?
 I think I will use my mood board as a visual look of most of the features in my game, for example
the power-ups/coins on my moodboard will be a feature in my game and I can use the pcitures as
an idea of how to present them. I can also do this for other features such as the spikes/obstacles,
background features (brains, props to show the location), etc. however I think that I will also change
things as I am making my game and add ideas at the same time, therefore I most likely won’t follow
my mood board completely as a full template for my game.
