Idea #1:
Do It Now
• Tackle quick & easy tasks first or the
moment you think of it
• If you use a to-do list, cross it off after
completion (this works with household
chores, too)

Breathe
• Take a few moments to breathe, relax &
gather your thoughts before jumping into
your work tasks
• Smile & say something nice to yourself
