What Is Auto-Dial Software?
⬢ An autodialer software is a special type of calling software that helps you
automatically dial a list of your contacts and prospects of clients. You don't
need to dial their numbers; the software does it for you. It has three basic
dialing modes
 Predictive Dialing
 Power Dialing
 Preview Dialing
Power Dialing & Predictive Dialing
 In this mode, the dialer software makes calls sequentially and works only for
one agent. The agent is still logged in, and the prospect has no wait time. A
great way to get conversions is because a real agent greets a real person. It's a
good solution if you're looking for new leads and want to add a more
personal touch to get better conversion.
 A Preview dialing mode that involves manual intervention. The agent can see
a list of numbers he wants to call and can call them by clicking on one
number at a time. He does not dial the number but clicks on the number to
call it. It is ideal if you have pre-qualified leads or are making a follow-up
call.
What Is the Best Auto-Dial Solution for Sales?
⬢ I'm a salesperson, and nothing beats a call with your prospect. It's
personal, connects, and real, solving many questions and gaps. That said, my
favorite software for auto-dial will be the one that can help me.
 Source new leads from a huge list of contacts I may have to qualify
them.
 Help me prospect and record dispositions (a fancy way of calling
feedback) at the end of each call.
 Allow me to share information if needed via text or email. WhatsApp
will be fantastic.
 It helps me keep track of the calls I schedule in the future.

hierarchy must be respected since a call center comprises several agents who report to
team leaders. There will be three basic levels of user types.

 The user is next to the Super Boss, manages a team, assigns work to that team, and
reviews the work status.
⬢ AGENTS
 These are the executives who call and talk to potential customers. They are the ones
who win or lose a sale.
